Sun Noodle originated in Hawaii and makes this popular Hawaiian noodle too! Never tried Saimin – going to try and make it as authentic as I can!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added hard boiled egg and SPAM Lite. The noodles are nice and fresh. The broth is interesting as it is kind of light on flavor but has a sweet and soy taste to it. Good stuff! 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.UPC bar code 085315300021.
