Here’s one of a slew of JM big bowls that Michelle L. or Tarrytown, New York sent – thank you very much! I was originally introduced to JML noodles by another noodle donor, Greg B. from Marathon, Florida last year. I liked them them – let’s give ’em a try bowl style!

Finished. Added some of the stir fry mix we made, some beef lunch meat, a two egg omelet with some cheese, some Krazy Mixed Up Salt, pickled ginger and Ajishima Kimchi furikake. The noodles aren’t bad – not the best as they’re slightly weak, but not bad. The broth – molten lava! My lips be burning! Not only hot but very nice flavor – kind of greasy but in a decent way.
