#852: SuperMi Sedaaap Mi Kuah Rasa Kari Ayam

Here’s another one sent to me by Meilina K. of Jakarta, Indonesia – thank you again! So ‘rasa kari ayam?’ Chicken curry flavor! Sounds awesome – let’s hit it.

Seasoning packets – soup base powder and chili powder.

Here’s the base with the chili powder on top.

Seasoned oil on left, fried onions on right – you sprinkle them on the finished product.

Finished. Added some oven baked chicken, onion, broccoli, red bell pepper, Dua Belibis chili sauce, hard boiled egg and Krazy Mixed Up Salt. The noodles are good – your standard Indofood tasty fare. The broth is great – a nice sweet and tasty curry chicken tasty which is really nice. The bits of fried onion are a nice little addition. Awesome stuff – 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. Here’s another that was sent by Meilina K. of Jakarta, Indonesia – thanks again! Next week, I’m starting up a new Meet The Manufacturer spotlight and so I thought I’d have something very different from what I’ll be sampling. Let’s give it a try!

Hey rad – a SuperMi bowl! Winder what it looks like inside.

The noodle block.

The dry stuff – seasoning powder and chili powder.

Here’s the chili powder atop the seasoning powder.

Seasoned oil.

Has a nice lime scent.

This powder goes on top at the end as a garnish.

Interesting stuff – a powder garnish? Then again, powdered sugar on a doughnut is kind of the same thing.

Finished. Added an egg, onions and some Dua Belibis chili sauce. The noodles are good – a little plumper and slightly more backbone than what I expected. The broth has a nice sweet and spiciness with a lot of good lime taste – and scent. Very good bowl of soup for breakfast. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 089686915044 .
