So one of my favorite all time noodles is Indomie Mi Goreng Satay. I was very pleased to see that there was a new Mi Goreng out there – at least new to me.

So the white packet had seasoned oil as well as sweet soy sauce. Very interesting…
This is the finished product. Drop an egg on top and some pickled ginger and fried shallot and boo yah perfection. I’m giving this the same score as Indomie’s as it is practically identical. 5.0 / 5.0 stars!!! More veggies though and some nice chili powder to boot. Get it here.

sometimes, i dont bother cooking the veggies that come with the noodles. ill cook the noodles, toss it into the seasonings, and then add the dehydrated vegetables. it adds a nice satisfying crunch, especially if you are also adding the fried shallots. sometimes i also add extra canned corn to it..seeing as it already had the dehydrated corn. i like both indomie and mama mi goreng noodles, but sometimes i prefer the mama version because there seems to be more in teh package. i feel like i could eat two indomie packets at once!

This is one of the better small President brand ramen packs from Thailand. They went over the top with this one. It good so taste me! Big chunk packet raw materials with sodium pack for much tasty!
